Perfect for longer stays – everything you need is there!
We worked on the construction site in Leinfelden for several weeks and enjoyed coming home every evening. The beds are great, Wi-Fi is stable, parking is right outside, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Clean, quiet, and much more comfortable than a hotel. Highly recommended for construction workers or long-term guests!

Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed in the following apartments ON REQUEST: Nature Terminal Apartment BohemeNest Terminal Apartment. A sliding fee applies for dogs. 1 to 7 days: €15/dog/night. From 7 days: €10/dog/night. From 1 month: €8/dog/night. Requirement: House-trained, no barking, and no damage. A deposit may be charged for the dog, which will be refunded after departure if no damage has been done. Unregistered dogs will be charged €75/dog/night.

- Early Check-in
- Earlier check-in is available upon request and costs €10/hour until 12pm (e.g., 1pm = €30).
- 8am - 12pm costs €85, as the previous night must be closed to overnight guests.
- For check-in earlier than 8am, a regular night must be booked through the website. Late Check-out
- Late check-out is available upon request and costs €10/hour (e.g., 1pm = €30).
- Between 2pm - 6pm, the fee is €85, as the following night must be closed to overnight guests.
- Those wishing to stay later than 6pm must book a regular night through the website.
