Events

Out of consideration for our neighbors, parties are not permitted in the apartment.

Additional people

If you plan to bring additional guests not listed in your original booking, please inform us BEFORE check-in. We charge €25 for each additional person.

Dogs

Dogs are only allowed in select apartments and ONLY upon request. A sliding fee applies.

 1 to 7 days: 15€/dog/night

From 7 days: 10€/dog/night

From 1 month: 8€/dog/night

Requirement: House trained, do not bark and do not break anything

A deposit may be charged for the dog, which will be refunded after departure if nothing has been damaged

Unregistered dogs will be charged 75€/night/dog.

Smoke

Please note that our apartment is strictly non-smoking. Therefore, we ask that you please go outside to smoke.

Noise

Please observe the legally prescribed quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. to avoid possible noise disturbance.

Check-in

Check-in is keyless. Detailed access instructions can be found in the link in your booking confirmation.

Check-in: from 4 p.m.

Check-out: until 10am

Early Check-in

Early check-in is available ON REQUEST and costs 10€/h until 12pm (i.e., for example, at 1pm = 30€).

8am - 12pm costs 85€, as the previous night has to be closed for overnight guests.

For check-in earlier than 8am, a regular night must be booked.

Late Check-out

A later check-out is available ON REQUEST and costs 10€/h (e.g. 1pm = 30€).

Between 2 pm and 6 pm the fee is €85, as the following night must be closed to overnight guests.

If you want to stay longer than 6 p.m. you have to book a regular night.

Equipment and facilities

Respect our property – treat everything as if it were your own. We've decorated the apartment according to this principle, too :-) Accidents happen to everyone – please let us know if something breaks.

Respect

A respectful relationship is always best, so even if there are problems, the most important thing is to maintain respect for one another.

If one or more house rules are violated, the fee listed in the "General Terms and Conditions" will be charged.
